Shipping policy

Most items are made to order and therefore despatched within 4-5 working days of order.  

Majority of items are sent via Royal Mail - if a tracking number is available for your order this will be included in the notification of shipping email.  Please use the tracking number to check the status of your order and if a delivery is missed please check at www.royalmail.com to arrange collection or re-arrange delivery.   Items are only held by Royal Mail for 7-14 days before being returned to sender.

Tracking reference numbers are entered onto the system within 24 hours of despatch of goods.

International Orders - all items are sent via a signed for postal service - please ensure the complete and correct address is given on checkout as any returns due to incorrect address will require the postage cost to be paid again by the customer to re-ship.

Any charges imposed by countries outside of the UK are at the responsibility of the purchaser and we advise that you check with your local customs authority to see the terms of import tax / duties charged on goods arriving from the UK.  We will only apply the correct goods value to all customs documentation, please do not request us to under value shipments as we will not do this under any circumstance.

Customers must check the parcel before signing for it as damage in transit cannot be claimed for once the parcel has been signed for in GOOD condition.

All goods are checked before despatch for any defects.
